"Just been given some new hints. Yay. More forced servitude to people like you."
―H1-NT expressing displeasure over his duties[1]

H1-NT was a protocol droid designed to give hints and advice to travelers across the galaxy.[1] During various points between 32 BBY and 35 ABY,[2] he was stationed on multiple planets and moons including: Ahch-To, Ajan Kloss, Bespin, Cantonica, Coruscant, Crait, Dagobah, D'Qar, Endor, Exegol, Geonosis, Hoth, Jakku, Kamino, Kashyyyk, Kef Bir, Mustafar, Naboo, Pasaana, Takodana, Tatooine, Utapau, and Yavin 4. Over the years, he became bored with his constant feeding of information and his personality became more jaded. The droid had yellow sensors, and blue and orange plating. He had a blue paw print logo on the right side of his chest plating.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

H1-NT appeared in the 2022 non-canon video game LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, published by TT Games.[1] Prior to the game's release he was pictured in the official LEGO theme page for the game.[3] In the game the droid appears in loading screens where it will give useful hints to help the player, and in the expansive worlds where interacting with him opens the in-game menu. H1-NT is also a playable character who can be purchased for 200,000 studs after completion of all nine film levels. The droid is named "A1-DE" in the French language version of the game.[1]

  2. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga adapts the nine films in the Skywalker Saga. Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places the first eight films between 32 BBY and 34 ABY. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary dates Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker one year after 34 ABY, or 35 ABY. Because LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga takes place throughout those films, then it must take place throughout 32 BBY–35 ABY.
