The Garavult Clan was a clan of Grindalids in Coronet City.^[1] In 230 BBY,^[2] they were led by Mother Fastidima led the clan and numbered in the thousands. The Garavult clan protected the underground water systems of Corellia for centuries. All Garavults took a blood oath that if a one struck down a Garavut Grindalid, all the other Garavults would avenge them. This oath granted safety to the Garavults.^[1]
