- "We're here for volunteers, not refreshment."
"Oh no, that's not going to work. It doesn't exactly fit in with my decor." - ―A stormtrooper and Z'Vk'Thkrkza discuss the poster
First Order: Enlist Now was a First Order propaganda poster used for recruitment. In 34 ABY, stormtroopers placed a hologram of the poster on the bar of Aunt Z's Tavern on the supertanker fuel depot Colossus, despite the owner Z'Vk'Thkrkza's objections. She was later taken prisoner by the First Order after refusing to display the propaganda.
Description[]
First Order: Enlist Now was the title of a propaganda poster[2] used for recruitment by the First Order. It depicted a line of three stormtroopers in armor beneath the words "First Order" and the organization's emblem and above the words "Enlist Now," with all text written in Aurebesh.[1]
History[]
- "Remember, each of you could have a future in the First Order if you want it."
"Don't ya get it? We're not interested. Go find your recruits somewhere else!" - ―A stormtrooper and Z'Vk'Thkrkza as she rejects the poster
In 34 ABY,[3] a pair of stormtroopers placed a datapad emitting a red hologram of the poster on the bar of Aunt Z's Tavern on the supertanker fuel depot Colossus on the world Castilon. The tavern's owner,[1] Z'Vk'Thkrkza,[4] who was also known as Aunt Z, turned off the poster and claimed it did not fit in with the decor, but the troopers turned it back on and explained that its display was not optional.[1]
The stormtroopers later returned to the tavern after learning that a discussion with anti–First Order sentiments was taking place there. After dismissing the concerns of patrons Kazuda Xiono, Tamara Ryvora, Torra Doza, and Neeku Vozo about residents of the Colossus being "disappeared" by the First Order, the troopers tried to recruit some of those present. Aunt Z then angrily informed the stormtroopers that they were not interested and turned off the hologram of the poster, throwing it back to the stormtroopers.[1]
The troopers did not respond and left with the datapad,[1] but the action left Aunt Z firmly in the crosshairs of the First Order[4] and they took her prisoner soon after.[1] The hospitality droid G1-7CH was left to manage the tavern alone and accepted all propaganda required,[4] with three holograms of the poster left along the bar. When Xiono and Doza came back in search of Aunt Z, G1-7CH gestured to the posters in explanation of where she had gone.[1]
