Empona noodles was a type noodle dish that was listed as costing seven on the menu in a cantina in Jaunta's Hope on the moon Toshara.[1] Between 3 and 4 ABY[2] the dish was present on the establishment's menu when the criminal Kay Vess entered in search of the information broker Danka.[1]

Empona noodles was created for the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. Prior to the game's release, the menu mentioning the stew was visible during a gameplay preview released on June 13, 2023.[1]
