The EL-16 blaster rifle^[3] was a blaster rifle manufactured by BlasTech Industries. A Heavy Field Edition of the EL-16, the EL-16HFE blaster rifle, was also used by the Resistance. The EL-16 was outdated by the time of the First Order's rise to power. One was given to Finn by Han Solo, but he lost it when Maz's castle was destroyed. He got a new one of the same model at the Resistance base on D'Qar.^[2] Both it and the EL-16HFE were utilized during the Battle of Crait.^[4]
