EG-02 was a GNK-series power droid[3] manufactured by Industrial Automaton[1] with white plating. During the First Order occupation of the planet Batuu[2] in 34 ABY,[4] EG-02 spent time on the world at the Droid Depot in Black Spire Outpost. The droid was held upside down while being repaired at the depot's exterior droid repair station in the Service Yard. While being repaired the power droid made happy beeping sounds.[2]

EG-02 features as a prop within the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge,[2] which opened to guests at Disneyland Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2019.[5]
