The D'Armin Syndicate was an organization that operated during the Imperial Era.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] the syndicate attacked a supply ship of the Tagge Corporation. By the following day, news of the attack led to a drop for the Tagge Corporation in the Hadi system, which the corporation's leader—Lady Domina Tagge of the House of Tagge—noticed and questioned her[1] secretary[3] Lapin Tagge[4] about. In response, Lapin informed Domina of the attack, to which she ordered her secretary have a battleship cut the syndicate off at the celestial body Feriae Junction. Domina then instructed to have their engines and weapons taken out before pushing them into the sun the next day.[1]

The D'Armin Syndicate was mentioned in flashbacks in the sixth issue of the 2020 comic series Star Wars: Doctor Aphra. The issue was written by Alyssa Wong and published by Marvel Comics[1] on November 25, 2020. Prior to the release of the comic, the syndicate was mentioned in a preview article of the issue that was published on StarWars.com on November 18 of the same year.[5]
