Around 9 ABY,[2] the crew of the bounty hunter T'onga captured the former Black Sun member Stolak Vandello aboard the Star Cruiser Halcyon after he borrowed a number of credits from his former employers so that his lover R'Tess could have a better life away from the pollution of their homeworld of Balosar. The crew were hired by the Black Sun to either capture or kill Vandello, though after he successfully escaped the clutches of Bossk and 4-LOM, Vandello was punched in the face by Wooro, and ultimately surrendered. After the crew allowed Vandello and R'Tess witness a sungrazer-comet collide with the star Daca, they took Vandello to the Black Sun and R'Tess noted years later that she did not see him again, and suspected that the Black Sun had executed him.[1]
