Bright Suns Morning was a breakfast dish served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Batuu's Black Spire Outpost. It was made with three cheeses, eggs, sausage, and potato, along with a small Mustafarian Lava Roll. A version for younglings called Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast was also available.^[1]

Behind the scenes[]

This dish is found in the real world Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The menu's description originally read, "Three-cheese egg bite, pork sausage, purple potato hash, mini Mustafarian Lava Roll."^[2] Since its debut, the dish has been renamed to Bright Suns Breakfast Platter, the roll has been renamed to Mustafarian Cinnamon Roll,^[3] and breakfast is no longer served at the Disney's Hollywood Studios location.^[4]
