Bespin Fizz was a fizzy[1] alcoholic beverage that was red in color and served in a tall and thin glass with a cloud of steam.[3] It was suitable for human consumption, and shared its name with the planet Bespin.[1] The cocktail was served at Oga's Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[2] in 34 ABY. During that year,[5] the Chadra-Fan female Kriki drank the beverage during a visit to the cantina.[4]

Behind the scenes[]

Bespin Fizz is one of the alcoholic beverages that is sold in the real-world Oga's Cantina bar at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios only.[2] It was first revealed as part of a large promotional event held on February 26, 2019.[6] The menu's description reads, "Bacardi Superior Rum, yuzu purée, pomegranate juice, white cranberry juice, and a cloud swirl."[7]

The 2020 non-canon video game expansion The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu includes the Bespin Fizz as a drink sold to the player's Sims at the Oga's Cantina vendor in the Black Spire Outpost neighborhood. Upon consuming the drink for the first time, the Sim automatically learns the recipe and can prepare it at mixology bars in their home neighborhood.[8]
