Following the incident on Nevarro from an Imperial Remnant safe house on Nevarro, the Imperial remnant led by Moff Gideon attacked and massacred the Tribe, a secret Mandalorian group that operated on the planet and helped with the Child's rescue. The following massacre resulted in most of the Mandalorians dying, with the Armorer staying behind to salvage the remains.^[1]
