Advanced spread proton bombs were spread proton bombs that were used by the Rebel Alliance's Y-wing bombers. They were upgraded to possess a more powerful explosive yield and radius within each cluster.[1]
During a nighttime heist to the Prefsbelt IV Imperial Naval Academy, Wedge Antilles picked up several advanced spread proton bombs inside one of the hangars of the academy.
