- "This is 836-VS. Delivery of service droids. Code clearance, uh, B6279."
- ―Wedge Antilles speaks with Imperial personnel over comms
836-VS was a Sentinel-class landing craft that was stolen by the Alliance to Restore the Republic and used for a mission to the moon Killun 71. Crewed by members of Phoenix Cell, namely the former Imperial pilot Wedge Antilles, the former Imperial inventory droid AP-5, and the C1-series astromech droid C1-10P "Chopper," 836-VS arrived at Killun Station, where they attempted to steal Imperial clearance codes.[3]
Following the mission, 836-VS docked with the modified VCX-100 light freighter Ghost. Soon after, Chopper, who had been reprogrammed by Imperial personnel, trapped Antilles, AP-5, and the fellow rebels Hera Syndulla, Ezra Bridger, and Garazeb Orrelios in the ship's cargo bay. Then, he detached the Ghost from 836-VS and flew away, leaving the stolen Imperial shuttle floating in space.[3]
