Tuvok fails his test
Vulcan Rage was a holoprogram Tuvok created to test his ability to control his emotions.
The program involved a holographic duplicate of Neelix in the USS Voyager's mess hall, which would endlessly annoy Tuvok, provoking his anger. Tuvok then strangled and killed this hologram. (VOY: "Meld")
This name was only used in the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 343.
