Stephanie Czajkowski (born 3 November 1973; age 50) is an actress who played Lieutenant T'Veen in the third season of Star Trek: Picard.

Czajkowski was born in Wisconsin and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of The Arts. She acted on stage at Playwright's Horizon and Steppenwolf Theatre before moving to Los Angeles.

She is probably best known for her recurring role as the character Hammerhead in Doom Patrol from 2019 to 2022, alongside fellow Trek actors Phil Morris, Mark A. Sheppard, and Vanessa Cater. She also played a recurring role in the 2019 Peacock comedy series MacGruber.

She also appeared in guest roles on series such as Criminal Minds (with Robert Knepper and Jeff Boehm), Southland (with Jamie McShane), Shameless (with Ed Lauter), Switched at Birth (with Lea Thompson and Kenneth Mitchell), How to Get Away with Murder, Supergirl, Colony (with Paul Guilfoyle), Bones,Grey's Anatomy, Jane the Virgin (with Molly Hagan), The Rookie, and Young Rock (starring Dwayne Johnson, with Dawnn Lewis and Randall Park).

She can also be seen in supporting roles in Sorry for Your Loss (2018, starring Bruce Greenwood), Breakthrough (2019, directed by Roxann Dawson), and The Call of the Wild (2020, with Brad Greenquist, Scott MacDonald, Tim de Zarn, and Larry Cedar).

Czajkowski has survived three types of unrelated cancers, and is an advocate for breast cancer awareness. She and her husband have chronicled their experience with her healthcare journey on their blog and podcast, "ChemoSkinny: The Podcast We Hope You Never Have To Listen To".
