Sool'U was a male Enderprizian who lived in the colony of New Enda-Prize during the late 24th century. He was named after the Human Starfleet officer Hikaru Sulu.
In 2384, Sool'U and James'T encountered a landing party from the USS Protostar that responded to the distress call originally sent by Ensign David Garrovick. Sool'U shot Jankom Pog with his type 2 phaser, briefly stunning him, before returning with James'T and their visitors to New Enda-Prize. (PRO: "All the World's a Stage")
In an alternate reality encountered by Rok-Tahk and Zero, Sool'U was a member of the Enderprizian crew of the USS Voyager-A under the command of Captain Tuvix. (PRO: "Cracked Mirror")
