Lianne was a female Human employee at the Boimler family vineyard on Earth.
After Brad Boimler was grounded by Starfleet, while repairs were being made to the USS Cerritos in early 2381, he returned home to work on his family's vineyard, where they turned grapes into raisins. During his time back, most of the female staff, including Lianne, were attracted to Boimler, however, Boimler was completely oblivious to their innuendo and obvious advances.
That year, during Beckett Mariner's visit to the vineyard where she attempted to recruit Boimler in assisting her hopes to exonerate her mother, as they proceeded to leave, Lianne yelled to Boimler, "Bradward, I'm soaked in juice, and I need help getting naked." The clearly annoyed Boimler, reproached her advances, telling her to "just spray off with the hose, Lianne." Disappointed at his rejection, she turned around, crossed her arms and whimpered at his rejection. (LD: "Grounded")
Later, believing his career in Starfleet to be meaningless, Boimler commented that he should have stayed as a raisin farmer and married Lianne. (LD: "Crisis Point 2: Paradoxus")
