La Forge One was a holoprogram created by Geordi La Forge in 2366 to modify Deposition Program Riker One so the USS Enterprise-D holodeck would use the holographic Krieger wave converter to convert an energy pulse sent by the lambda field generator on Tanuga IV into Krieger waves. This solved the mystery of who killed Dr. Nel Apgar and destroyed the Tanuga IV research station. (TNG: "A Matter of Perspective")
