Klingon foods and beverages were the typical food and drink consumed by Klingons.

The Federation maintained somewhat knowledgeable information on Klingon food during the 23rd century. When the USS Enterprise captured the crew of Kang's battle cruiser in 2268, Captain James T. Kirk, as a show of good faith for treating the Klingons well, had the ship's food synthesizers programmed "to accommodate our guests." (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

Several years later, the crew of the Enterprise got to experience first hand Klingon food packs after they captured Kruge's Bird-of-Prey. As the ship was being repaired, Montgomery Scott noted to Captain Kirk that he had replaced the Klingon food packs, before divulging that that was what was giving him "a sour stomach," prompting Kirk to acknowledge, "Oh, is that what it was?" (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

Prior to Commander William T. Riker's brief cultural exchange assignment aboard the IKS Pagh in 2365, he spent some time in Ten Forward researching Klingon nutritional choices. Doctor Katherine Pulaski observed Riker in disgust as he ate the different offering, suggesting that "I've never heard of a Klingon starving to death on his own vessels, but you might." When Riker offered her a Klingon beverage, she again opted out, stating that "I'm abstaining in honor of your last hour on board." Captain Jean-Luc Picard later visited Riker's table and shared his familiarity with "the practice of the feast before the transfer," noting he had done some many times himself, before adding that "I usually made more palatable choices." Riker explained that what he had were the palatable choices.

Later, during mess call aboard the Pagh, several of the officers noted that Riker had not eaten very much or if the food was all right. Riker explained how much he enjoyed all of his samplings, but was disturbed to learn that the gagh was still alive. His second officer Klag suggested that if he wanted something "easier", they might be able to persuade one of the female crew to breast feed him. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")

In 2368, Picard claimed that he had a liking for fresh gagh. (TNG: "Unification I")

Klingon alcohol tended to be quite strong to Federation standards. Bloodwine was twice the strength of whiskey. (VOY: "The Killing Game, Part II") Chech'tluth was known to be enjoyable to Humans used to the strength of poteen, a potent traditional triple-distilled whiskey from Ireland. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")
