Crewman Jor was a Maquis fighter who served on the raider Val Jean under Chakotay until 2371. In 2371, the Val Jean and the USS Voyager were both stranded in the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker's array. The Val Jean was destroyed by ramming a Kazon warship while fighting the Kazon-Ogla, and as a result the crew of the Val Jean, Jor included, joined the crew of the Voyager as Starfleet personnel and traveled on Voyager on its historic trek home from the Delta Quadrant. Jor worked in engineering under B'Elanna Torres. Her quarters were on Deck 4. Jor was a close friend of Ensign Tabor and had access to his quarters; she went there to get a book to read to him while he was in a coma. She was assaulted by Tuvok while he was under the control of Vedek Teero Anaydis on stardate 54167. While brainwashed, she served as Voyager's pilot.
After the brainwashing was reversed, she attended the double feature in the holodeck with Tabor. (VOY: "Repression")
In 2384, she was serving aboard the USS Dauntless as an engineer. Listed as a crewmember on leave, she was enjoying her shore leave on Earth. (PRO: "Supernova, Part 1")

Jor was played by actress Carol Krnic. Krnic's scenes were filmed on 9 August 2000.
According to the script, her first name is Olandra. The Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 392 has an entry for "Jor, Olandra".
She was identified as "Crewman Jor" in the shooting schedule.
