Hazel Marie Catmull (born 12 September 1930; age 93) is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager. Her work on Star Trek earned her two Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series both in 1998. The first nomination was for the episode "Far Beyond the Stars", shared with Norma Lee, Brian A. Tunstall, Rebecca De Morrio, Darlis Chefalo, Gloria Pasqua Casny, Kathrine Gordon, Ruby Ford, Louisa V. Anthony, Barbara Ronci, Suzan Bagdadi, and Jo Anne Chaney and the second for the episode "The Killing Game", shared with Josée Normand, Charlotte Parker, Viviane Normand, Gloria Montemayor, Chris McBee, Mimi Jafari, Ruby Ford, Delree Todd, Laura Connolly, Diane Pepper, Adele Taylor, Barbara Ronci, and Lola McNalley.

In 1982, Catmull won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for her work on the television drama Eleanor, First Lady of the World and in 1994 she was nominated for her work on the television musical Gypsy, shared with Gloria Montemayor. In 2000 she won another Emmy Award for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special for the television drama Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, shared with Kathrine Gordon. The following year she eraned another nomination for the television drama 61*. During her career she worked as hair stylist for Halle Berry, Bette Midler, and Shirley MacLaine.

Catmull started to work as hair stylist in the late '70s and her work includes the television comedy Big Bob Johnson and His Fantastic Speed Circus (1978), Movie Movie (1978), Charlie's Angels (1979, along with Norma Lee), The Rose (1979), Fantasy Island (1981), Hollywood Wives (1985), and Valerie (1986), Nutcracker: Money, Madness and Murder (1987), Troop Beverly Hills (1989), Back to the Future Part II (1989) Back to the Future Part III (1990), Hocus Pocus (1993), Forrest Gump (1994), Independence Day (1996), Ghosts of Mississippi (1996, starring Virginia Madsen and Whoopi Goldberg), Wag the Dog (1997, along with Kathrine Gordon and Mark Landon), The Truman Show (1998), and These Old Broads (2001).

More recent work as hair stylist include Cradle 2 the Grave (2003), Rumor Has It (2005, with Erwin H. Kupitz), Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006), and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007).
