Barbara Ronci (born 23 August 1942; age 81) is a former hair stylist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: First Contact. Her work on Star Trek earned her three Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series:
- 1996 for the episode "Our Man Bashir", shared with Shirley Dolle, Cherie Huffman, Lee Crawford, Brian A. Tunstall, Ellen Powell, and Susan Zietlow-Maust
- 1998 for the episode "The Killing Game", shared with Josée Normand, Charlotte Parker, Viviane Normand, Gloria Montemayor, Chris McBee, Mimi Jafari, Ruby Ford, Delree Todd, Laura Connolly, Hazel Catmull, Diane Pepper, Adele Taylor, and Lola McNalley
- 1998 for the episode "Far Beyond the Stars", shared with Norma Lee, Brian A. Tunstall, Rebecca De Morrio, Darlis Chefalo, Gloria Pasqua Casny, Kathrine Gordon, Hazel Catmull, Ruby Ford, Louisa V. Anthony, Suzan Bagdadi, and Jo Anne Chaney
Ronci previously won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series in 1992 for her work on the Homefront episode "Man This Joint Is Jumping", shared with Jerry Gugliemotto.
Other projects she worked as hair stylist on include Same Time, Next Year (1978), the drama Resurrection (1980), the television drama Who Will Love My Children? (1983, with Monty Westmore and Zoltan Elek), the television series Dynasty (1988-1989) and The Monroes (1995), Batman & Robin (1997, with Lee Ann Brittenham and Yolanda Toussieng), and Town & Country (2001, with Janice Alexander, Chris McBee, Carol A.
