Bidran was a male Romulan who lived in the 24th century. He was among the refugees who settled on Vashti in the 2380s, and a comrade of former Senator Tenqem Adrev. The armband on his left arm identified Bidran as a member of the Romulan Rebirth movement.
In 2399, Adrev called on Bidran for support while he challenged Jean-Luc Picard to a duel. At Adrev's command, Bidran offered his sword to Picard. He and another Romulan then hustled Picard out of the Romulan Social Club for the battle. (PIC: "Absolute Candor")
