Beljo Tweekle was a Rigelian who worked as a Federation curator and historian in the 24th century.

After the USS Voyager returned to the Alpha Quadrant in 2378, Tweekle and his team spent several years at a facility in the Portelo system preparing the vessel for display as a museum ship. He completed his work in 2381, whereupon the USS Cerritos was assigned to bring Voyager to Earth. Tweekle accompanied them, adamant that every part of the ship remain in pristine condition lest his legacy be tarnished.

When Ensign Beckett Mariner inadvertently awoke a dormant macrovirus from behind a bio-neural gel pack on the bridge, Tweekle at first insisted that it be captured for the museum. However, the situation quickly escalated out of control, resulting in a Borg macrobot seizing Voyager and attempting to bring it to the Collective. Tweekle was captured by holograms created by the macrobot and bound on the bridge with macrovirus slime.

Ensigns Brad Boimler and Sam Rutherford managed to regain control of Voyager by using "Neelix cheese" to disable the onboard bio-neural systems. Though he was aghast at the mess made of the ship, Tweekle nevertheless congratulated them, before setting about adding a new exhibit documenting this latest chapter of Voyager's history.
