Adrian Holmes (born 31 March 1974; age 50) is an actor who played Admiral Robert April in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
Holmes was born in Wales to Bajan parents, but moved to Vancouver, Canada with his family when he was five years old. He is probably best known for his role as Basquat on Smallville (with Phil Morris), Marcus Mitchell on the action series True Justice (with Paul McGillion and George Takei), Frank Pike on the superhero series Arrow (with Susanna Thompson, Neal McDonough, and Echo Kellum) and Officer Nick Barron on the TV cop drama 19-2 (with Conrad Pla and Tyler Hynes). He also appeared in two episodes of The Outer Limits (narrated by Kevin Conway and with Wil Wheaton in the former) and two episodes of Stargate SG-1 (with Don Stark and Brendan Beiser in the latter).
Most recently, Holmes co-starred in the comedy series Bel-Air as Philip Banks ("Uncle Phil"), a role originated by James Avery in the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
