Late last month, our team gathered for Viscadia's annual Town Hall. The energy in the room was electric with excitement and pride as we looked back on our accomplishments over the past year. The theme of our gathering was empowerment - the day covered ways to empower yourself, your colleagues and our clients. Some of the most memorable moments include: Celebrating Achievements: We proudly supported and celebrated our talented team members who earned mid-year promotions. Empowerment Training: Special sessions like "Demystifying Empowerment," led by Seema Rekha and Priti Jai Prakash, equipped us with invaluable insights and tactical tips. Innovation Hub Debut: Our first Annual Innovation Hub sparked creativity and discussion on how AI can empower us in our daily work. A special thanks to our leaders in our Delhi office Shruti Gupta, Parul Chaudhary, and Sudeeksha Raghavan for all of their hard work to produce such a memorable event.
