Leading the charge at this year's ENGIMACH 2023 exhibition in Gandhinagar, representing Bipico Industries (Tools) Pvt. Ltd., was a uniquely enriching experience. Unlike previous events where I was part of a larger team, this time I had the opportunity to spearhead our booth with the local sales team, a challenge that proved both invigorating and insightful. 🔍 A Deeper Dive into Customer Engagement 🔍 At the heart of this event was the essence of direct customer interaction. Engaging with a diverse array of visitors, I found myself delving deeper into their needs and perspectives, a process that was as enlightening as it was rewarding. Diversity in Tech Starts with Skill In 2019, during a trip to Amsterdam, I met Mohammad, and our connection was instant. I invited him for an interview for one of the EVOLVE Talks to discuss his tech journey. Asfar, the former VP of digital transformation at TomTom, a Dutch multinational company specializing in location tech with over 700 million Euros in revenue, has a significant impact in the tech world. Many may not be familiar with TomTom, but it's responsible for the navigation systems used by numerous major automotive companies.
