Where is my bank routing number online?

If you have online access to your Citizens checking or savings account, follow the steps below.

  1.  Go to CitizensBank.com and log into your account
  2.  Click “My Accounts” 
  3. Click the appropriate account number
  4. Click the “details” link
  5. See your routing number in the "Account Details" section

Once you are in the mobile app, from the accounts menu, select the account for which you need the routing number. At the top of the screen, under the available balance, click on the “Show Account Information” and your account number and routing number will be displayed.
