How to apply for PPP Loan Forgiveness

To make your forgiveness process as easy as possible, our portal is aligned with current SBA guidelines and forms, including the simplified forgiveness application for loans of $150,000 or less.

If you started your forgiveness application but did not submit it by February 28, 2021 you’ll need to re-start the application process using the new forms. Previously entered information is included in the new portal forms and you will need to re-certify this data.

If you need to apply for forgiveness immediately due to an imminent change of control transaction or other extenuating circumstances, please email clientservices@citizensbank.com.
