These are our policies regarding Forums. Make sure you read them all! FAQ's about our Forums are also on this page. For a list of the different types of Policies please go here.

Forum policies[]

Before contributing to the Soulcalibur Wiki Forums, please make sure you follow these policies:

1. Be nice and treat people with respect. Any hateful speech will be removed, and if you continue to be hateful you will be punished.

2. Try to find existing discussions first. Take a moment to sift through the Soulcalibur Wiki Forum boards to see if a discussion already exists about something you want to talk about. If you can't find what you're looking for, jump right in and start a new discussion!

3. Trolling, flaming, spamming, etc. Is prohibited. Doing any of that will result in a warning, if you are found doing it again you will be banned. Banning can be from a few hours, to forever. You could also be banned immediately without a first warning depending on the severity of the trolling, flaming, or spamming.

4. General misuse of the forums will not go without consequence. You will get a warning, a block from the forums, or a block from the wiki, depending on the severity or persistence of misuse.

5. Make sure you post in the right section. If you do post in the wrong section you will be told where to move your discussion too and your thread will be closed.

This Forums Policy has taken effect as of 07 June 2015

Forum FAQ[]

How do I stay on top of discussions I'm interested in?

With a Wikia user account, you can follow specific conversations and then receive notification messages (either on-site or via email) when a discussion has more activity. Be sure to sign up for a Wikia account if you don't already have one.

How do I remove vandalism?

If you notice some spam or vandalism on a thread, hover your mouse over the offending text. You'll see a "More" button appear. Inside the "More" menu, you'll find "Remove". This will allow you to remove the vandalism and optionally inform an admin.

What are Kudos?

If you find a particular discussion or reply interesting, well thought out, or amusing you can show direct appreciation by giving it Kudos. They can be helpful in voting situations, too.

What are Topics?

Topics allow you to link a forum discussion with a wiki article. It's another way to keep Forums organized and to help people find interesting discussions. For example, a Forum thread tagged with "Sophitia Alexandra" will appear at the bottom of the "Sophitia Alexandra" article.
