The Kathryn Janeway hologram, was a Emergency Training Hologram program, a Starfleet training advisor based on Admiral Kathryn Janeway. Her appearance was based on the admiral's look when she was captain of the Federation starship USS Voyager in the 2370s decade. (PRD episode: "Lost and Found") She later became the Emergency Command Hologram of the USS Prodigy. (PRD episode: "Ouroboros")

Hologram Janeway sacrificed herself when she was unable to download herself with the Protostar's crew. She along with the Protostar and the living construct were destroyed in 2384. (PRD episode: "Supernova")
Altered timeline[]
Due to a temporal paradox, an earlier version of Hologram Janeway later returned. (PRD episode: "Last Flight of the Protostar") Before the ship was sent back in time to Tars Lamora, The Doctor copied Hologram Janeway onto an EMH backup module. Hologram Janeway was subsequently upgraded and installed as the Emergency Command Hologram on the new USS Prodigy in addition to her role as the ship's training advisor. (PRD episode: "Ouroboros")
