Alternate reality
The water turbine control board was a console that controlled the turbines on Constitution-class starships.
In 2258 of the alternate reality, after beaming back aboard USS Enterprise, James T. Kirk gained unauthorized access to this board in order to rescue Montgomery Scott, who had accidentally been beamed into a water pipe. When Pavel Chekov reported Kirk's breach to Spock, Spock asked to see the video from that section. He then gave orders to security to seal off the engineering deck and intercept the intruders with phasers set to stun. (Star Trek)
