Vulcan port
Vulcan port was an alcoholic beverage produced on Vulcan, having a characteristic indigo blue color (reminiscent of Romulan ale).
In 2370, Quark had a particularly dusty bottle of Vulcan port among his personal stock, which was regarded as a considerably expensive and very rare vintage, given that it was three centuries old. From this bottle he poured Sakonna a glass, which she declined. Quark sampled the port himself and found the taste disagreeable. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")
In 2381, the USS Cerritos delivered a shipment of Vulcan port and other beverages to Deep Space 9 as a goodwill gift for the Karemma. (LD: "Hear All, Trust Nothing")
A Vulcan brandy would also be mentioned in VOY: "Repression". Curiously, the existence of Vulcan port seems to contradict a previous statement by Spock in "The Conscience of the King", where he noted "My father's race was spared the dubious benefits of alcohol."
