Fuelie 1 []

A19 burley fuelie

Burley Fuelie

On the morning of First Contact Day, 2385, this Tri-hy fuelie was among the skeleton crew of Tri-hy station A19. He attempted to tell a joke to the A500 android F8, "what's brown and sticky?" (a stick) – though the humor went over his head. While sitting down for a meal with his team, it was announced that synthetic units had been compromised and he attempted to stop F8, who effortlessly broke the fuelie's neck. (PIC: "Maps and Legends")

This character, who was credited as "Burley Fuelie", was played by Chaka Desilva. (The credit misspells the word "burly", meaning large, stout or sturdy; "burley" means either a type of tobacco or a burlesque show, neither of which would seem to apply to this character.)[1][2]

Fuelie 2 []

A19 kvetchy fuelie

Kvetchy Fuelie

On the morning of First Contact Day, 2385, this Tri-hy fuelie was among the skeleton crew of Tri-hy station A19. She lamented to her colleagues her envy for all the other tri-hy stations in the shipyard having off for First Contact Day. She expected her children were celebrating with cake on Earth. She noted to her Human colleagues that the A500 android F8 "creep[ed] her out... you can't offend them, they're not people." Just after sitting down with her colleagues for a meal, she was killed by a compromised F8 with an engineering tool as part of the Attack on Mars. (PIC: "Maps and Legends")

This character, who was credited as "Kvetchy Fuelie", was played by Kate Fuglei.

Fuelie 3 []

A19 philosophical fuelie

Philosophical Fuelie

On the morning of First Contact Day, 2385, this Tri-hy fuelie was among the skeleton crew of Tri-hy station A19, acknowledging that someone had to be the "skeleton" of a skeleton crew. Just after sitting down for a meal with his colleagues, he was killed by a compromised F8 as part of the Attack on Mars. (PIC: "Maps and Legends")

This character, who was credited as "Philosophical Fuelie", was played by Paul Keeley.

Fuelie 4 []

A19 tough fuelie

Tough Fuelie

On the morning of First Contact Day, 2385, this Tri-hy fuelie was among the skeleton crew of Tri-hy station A19. She made pleasantries with the A500 android F8, though his attempt to speak casually was a bit off. While her colleague noted the A500 synth F8 "creep[ed] her out," this fuelie discouraged her, reminding her that F8 could hear them. While her team sat down for a meal, she was the first to realize F8 was acting suspicious, and contacted Central for support before being killed by F8 with an engineering tool.
