Tyson Weihe (9 August 1943 – 15 June 2022; age 78), also known as Tyson Power, was the actor who appeared as a Borothan pilgrim in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Cold Front". His costume from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] [2] Weihe filmed his scenes on Friday 5 October 2001, Wednesday 10 October 2001 and Friday 12 October 2001 on Paramount Stage 8 and 18. In 2002, he appeared as a Romulan senator in Star Trek Nemesis. This costume was later also sold off on eBay. [3]
Beside his work on Star Trek, Weihe appeared in a number of short films including The Cloth (2004), the thriller The Naughty Lady (2004, with Wade Andrew Williams), the comedy Mr. Tempest Is Here (2006), Physical (2006), and the comedy The Job (2007).
Other acting work includes the comedy show Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2004), the daily soap Passions, the comedy Monster-in-Law (2005, with Adam Scott, Mark Moses, and Bruce Gray), the comedy Fun with Dick and Jane (2005, with Ivar Brogger, Clint Howard, Jason Marsden, Scott L. Schwartz, Kerry Hoyt, Steve Kehela, and Mark Correy), the comedy Mommy & Me (2011), the thriller Argo (2012, with Victor Garber, Titus Welliver, Keith Szarabajka, Bob Gunton, Page Leong, Jamie McShane, Adrienne Barbeau, Bill Blair, and Peter Henry Schroeder), and the thriller The Adventures of Beatle (2013, with Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Cullen Douglas).
Weihe died on 15 June 2022 at the age of 78. [4]
