Tracy Scoggins (born 13 November 1953; age 70) is an actress from Texas who played the role of Gilora Rejal in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Destiny".

While in Cardassian makeup to film her Star Trek role, she "took the opportunity to walk around the lot at Paramount and scare the schoolchildren on buses. Until finally Security called the stage at DS9 and said, 'Could ya'll do something about keeping your aliens contained over there?'" [1]

She is perhaps best known as Captain Elizabeth Lochley in J. Michael Straczynski's Babylon 5 working with Andreas Katsulas, Bill Mumy, Patricia Tallman, and Walter Koenig, and Crusade, with Gary Cole, Marjean Holden and Daniel Dae Kim. Scoggins reprised her role in the Babylon 5 DVD film, Babylon 5: The Lost Tales – Voices in the Dark, with her character now a Colonel.

Before Babylon 5, she had regular and recurring roles on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman with Teri Hatcher and K Callan, Highlander: The Series, Dynasty with Joan Collins and its spin-off The Colbys with Ricardo Montalban, Joseph Campanella, and Judson Scott.

She played J.R. Ewing's lover Anita Smithfield in Dallas: J.R. Returns (1996, with Rosalind Ingledew and Chris Demetral) and Dallas: War of the Ewings (1998, with Philip Anglim). She had previously played Diane Kelly in the Dallas episode "My Brother's Keeper" in 1983, appearing with Susan Howard, John Beck, Glenn Corbett and Walker Edmiston.

She starred in Homeland Security (2004, with Andrew Robinson, Megan Gallagher, Leland Orser, and Glenn Morshower). She also had a guest appearance on Blue Thunder, which Jeri Taylor produced.
