Tracie Turnbull is a composer and cellist from Denver, Colorado.
Turnbull regularly works as a scoring and tech assistant for composer Jeff Russo including works on Channel Zero, Snowfall, The Umbrella Academy, and the film, Mile 22. Through the first and second seasons of Star Trek: Discovery and the live action Star Trek: Short Treks episodes through the first two seasons, Turnbull continued to work with Russo and was credited as a MIDI Technician. She moved into the role of Scoring Assistant for the third season. For Star Trek: Picard, Turnbull was credited as Scoring Assistant and Additional Music.
In addition to this work, Turnbull was the orchestrator for the documentary First To The Moon and the third season of Transformers: War for Cybertron, working alongside Alexander Bornstein.
