Thomas Richman Blackshear II (born 14 November 1955; age 68) in Waco, Texas, is an African-American artist, whose art has spanned evangelical paintings, U.S. postage stamps, and the first series of limited edition Star Trek collectors plates produced by The Hamilton Collection.[1]
