Background information[]

  • Originally, Amazon.com had the book listed for a 27 September 2022 release. Paper shortages resulting from the after-effects of the COVID-19 pandemic however, caused the ultimate release to be delayed by six months.
  • The US hardcover book release carries the aberrant ISBN 9798986623795 on Amazon.com with the for books highly unusual "979" prefix, whereas the rest of the world (including Canada) adheres to the proper ISBN 9781737380122 format. No rationale for this phenomenon is known.
