Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home was the Video 8 release of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. A short-lived video tape format, it was the second release in this format, and its US/Canadian release(s) the only ones known to date.
Background information[]
Of this release, there is at least one reissue known, released in 1990 in a slightly redesigned packaging. The studio logo for example, was not the studio's 75th Anniversary celebratory one, the original release had sported.
