Species 116 homeworld was an inhabited planet in a star system located in the Delta Quadrant. This was the homeworld for Species 116.
In 2374, this planet was invaded by the Borg Collective, who assimilated the population using hundreds of cubes. Only ten or twenty thousand individuals escaped, among them Arturis.
Later that year, Arturis and his ship, the "USS Dauntless", returned to the planet and were presumably assimilated as well, the result of a failed attempt to exact revenge on USS Voyager for their role in helping the Borg defeat Species 8472 shortly before the fall of his homeworld.
