Shukar was a male Andorian in the mid-23rd century. He was Voq's assistant and a member of the rebellion.
After Michael Burnham was confirmed to be from the primary universe, and interested in helping the rebels escape before the Empire destroyed their camp, Shukar gave Burnham a data crystal with the location of the rebellion's listening post (to enable her to deceive Imperial forces). Voq allowed this because the rebels planned to abandon the post before the Empire reached it. (DIS: "The Wolf Inside")
Shukar was played by actor Riley Gilchrist.
