Shelley-Lynn Owens (born 20 September) is an actress who played a Discovery medical crewmember in Star Trek: Discovery. She also played the character's mirror universe counterpart in the episode "Terra Firma, Part 1". As a background performer, she was not credited in her roles.

Owens is a former pro ice skater, who represented Canada at the World Professional Figure Skating Championship in Jaca, Spain in 1982. She performed in ice shows at venues across Canada, and has also been working as an ice skating coach. She had also been trained in dance (ballet, modern, and jazz), working with the National Ballet of Canada.

She appeared in smaller and background roles in films and television since the late-1980s. Her credits include films such as Gorillas in the Mist (1988, edited by Stuart Baird), Blades of Courage (1988), Common Ground (1990), Shame (1992, with Dean Stockwell and Dan Gauthier), and The Substitute (1993). Her television credits include guest and bit spots on War of the Worlds, Knightwatch (with John Anderson, directed by Win Phelps), The X-Files (with Michael Cavanaugh), Millennium, and Murdoch Mysteries. Owens appeared as a recurring background White House press choir member during the first season of Designated Survivor (2016-2017, with Virginia Madsen).

She is the daughter of jazz drummer Garry Owens and jazz singer Jeannette Owens, and the sister of actor Chris Owens.
