On Earth, winter, spring, summer, and fall were the common seasons. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II", "The Visitor") While the USS Voyager was stuck in orbit of Kelemane's planet, a planet that experienced one day for every 1.03 seconds on Voyager, Captain Kathryn Janeway noted that they were "watching the seasons change in a matter of seconds." Sports had seasons in which they were most often played, such as baseball and skiing season. (TOS: "The Enemy Within"; TNG: "Evolution")
