Public transporter

Public transporters were standalone transporter stations available for use by the civilian population of Starbase Yorktown.

These automated units featured a selection of pre-programmed destination coordinates available to each user, allowing access to many public locations throughout the starbase.

Each transporter station provided a list of destinations, each located in discrete geographical "zones" within Yorktown, to transportees. (Star Trek Beyond)
