Old support courier []

This Maquis ship responded to a distress call from a Federation merchant vessel that was under attack by two Cardassian shuttles, armed with Galor-class phaser banks, just inside the Demilitarized Zone.

The ship had a Federation warp signature, but was not from Starfleet. Commander Benjamin Sisko, who watched the events unfold from the nearby USS Rio Grande, stated that he had "[..] never seen a ship configuration like that before. It almost seems like someone has modified an old support courier." After observing them fire photon torpedoes, he asked to himself, "what kind of civilian vessel that size would be carrying photon?" The Maquis ship destroyed the two Cardassian shuttles.

Gul Evek later sought an explanation as to where the Federation ship outfitted with photon torpedoes came from, only to be asked the same question by Commander Cal Hudson, regarding the Cardassian shuttles. Evek justified the Cardassian's defenses matter-of-factly. "[t]hey have a right to defend themselves against organized terrorist activities." (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")

This old support courier was only mentioned in dialogue.

It may have belonged to the Peregrine-class, which were also described as a type of courier ship.

Ship []

In late-2370, this Maquis ship disabled a Bolian freighter near the Demilitarized Zone and the crew stole a supply of photon launchers it was transporting. Deep Space 9 received an advisory about the attack, a fact she shared two weeks later after Chief Miles O'Brien was arrested by the Cardassians while illicitly transporting a photon warheads. (DS9: "Tribunal")

This Maquis ship was only mentioned in dialogue.

Interceptor []

In 2371, Kira Nerys and Odo pursued this Maquis interceptor, a modified Peregrine-class courier ship, into the Badlands after it attacked a Lissepian supply ship near Prophet's Landing. The ship suffered damage to its attitude stabilizers, and made a crash landing on a moon. No survivors were found among the wreckage. It was later determined that the vessel was apparently appropriated by the Dominion and operated by the Female Changeling. (DS9: "Heart of Stone")

This interceptor was only mentioned in dialogue.

Ships, including Squadron Baker []

Following the theft of the USS Defiant by Thomas Riker, on behalf of the Maquis in 2371, the ship set a course for the Badlands where it rendezvoused with a number of other Maquis ships, which was, in part, made up by Squadron Baker. Upon their arrival, the Defiant beamed aboard the rest of the team from the other ships, then they all proceeded to the Cardassian border near the Almatha sector.

After Squadron Baker had signaled that they had arrived at their checkpoint, they entered Cardassian space and launched a diversionary strike against Outpost 61. After triggering a perimeter alert, Commander Benjamin Sisko, who was assisting the Cardassian Central Command locate his ship, grew suspicious as to why the Defiant, or what was believed to be the Defiant based on its warp signature, was not cloaked. Upon review of the sensor information from the ship, as it began to retreat back into the Demilitarized Zone. Sisko's suspicions were correct, and he determined that the Defiant was indeed a decoy attempted to draw the patrol ships out of position, and that the warp signature was falsified based on the phase variance and subspace harmonics not being a match to the Defiant. (DS9: "Defiant")

These ships were only mentioned in dialogue.
