Parth was a Ferengi who worked as the hug-cierge of the Lobe's Lodge hotel on Ferenginar in the late 24th century. One aspect of his job was to enforce Ferengi law regarding fraud, for which he was empowered to condemn violators to a lifetime of hard labor in the subaquatic sulfur mines.
In 2381, when Lieutenants jg D'Vana Tendi and Sam Rutherford were assigned to pretend to be a married couple for travel guide duty on Ferenginar, Parth managed their all-inclusive newlywed discount package at Lobe's Lodge. As their "hug-cierge", he aggressively oversaw their prescribed romantic activities, including a photo session and a meal at Quark's Federation Experience Bar & Grill.
As Parth led Tendi and Rutherford to a blind box for them to consummate their marriage, Migleemo inadvertently exposed their ruse by calling them platonic friends. The two managed to bluff their way free by claiming that they had both been involved with Migleemo, and were thus opting to divorce. Parth then offered Migleemo their homewrecker package.
