Winston Miguel "Mike" Elizalde (born 26 October 1960; age 63) is a makeup and creature effects designer who was the mechanical designer for Star Trek Nemesis. He won a Saturn Award from Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films for supervising the make-up of Hellboy (2004, starring Nemesis actor Ron Perlman). In 2009, Elizalde was nominated for an Academy Award for designing the make-up in Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008, also starring Perlman).

Elizalde's other film credits include Look Who's Talking (1989, starring Kirstie Alley), Total Recall (1990, featuring Marc Alaimo, Roy Brocksmith, Michael Champion, Robert Costanzo, Ronny Cox, Mel Johnson, Jr., and Lycia Naff), Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990, starring John Glover and Robert Picardo), Addams Family Values (1993, starring Christopher Lloyd), Lord of Illusions (starring Scott Bakula, Famke Janssen, and Vincent Schiavelli), The Frighteners (1996, featuring Jeffrey Combs), and Men in Black (1997, featuring Carel Struycken). More recent credits include Fantastic Four (2005), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006, starring Kelsey Grammer, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Romijn and Patrick Stewart), and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007).
