Michelle was a female friend of Jean-Luc Picard featured on a page from the Picard family album that was created for Star Trek Generations, but not featured on-screen.
In a letter sent from Michelle to Picard, she made a note of informing him about a ticket she had enclosed for a production of a A Midsummer Night's Dream. She hoped he would attend the event, which was set in Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens. She added a post-script expressing her wish of having dinner with him, and that her younger sister was coming to town. Michelle hoped Picard would meet her, as they had much in common. She last heard from Jean-Luc Picard when she was working at the Gershwin on Broadway. She later worked at the Daystrom Institute.
