Maximillion was a Bajoran performer who lived in the Delta Quadrant during the late 24th century. He portrayed "the hero" in a benign arena games-type show, where he battled "The Monster".
In real life, Maximillion and The Monster, also known as Rok-Tahk, were friends, and although they could not breach the language barrier they had with one another, he always showed his appreciation and approval with a wink. Unfortunately, Rok became disenchanted with her role and one day arranged it so that she'd win the battle, and for her efforts their Bolian patron sold her to a Kazon slaver, much to Maximillion's sadness.
